What should I expect on my first personal training session?
The first session will be exciting and involves meeting with your trainer. We'll perform a movement assesment to see where we're at in terms of flexibility which provides a baseline. Be prepared to get moving and break a sweat!
Do I need any special equipment or gear?
You will need to provide your own squat rack and dumbbells. Just kidding! We got you covered and all you need is:
Water bottle
Comfy/breathable exercise attire
Active footwear
A positive attitude to kick butt!
Where does Otter Performance host training sessions?
We offer concierge services with in-home personal training within the greater San Diego area.
Our other most popular sessions are hosted outdoors in local parks. Our suggested locations include: Morley Field, Mission Bay, Lakeview Park, and Mountain Hawk Park.
Online sessions are hosted via Zoom.
